If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the problem.
If you feel that your order is defective, please contact us within 5 days and we will work with you to replace the product.
We do not accept any returns after 14 days of the date of purchase.
We do not return or exchange products that were placed in error.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship your items back.
We recommend you use a trackable method of return shipping as we are not responsible for lost packages.
